Bovisand Lodge Estate is a small friendly holiday park in Devon where neighbours become lifelong friends.  This family run park is committed to maintaining the highest standards demonstrated by the David Bellamy Gold Award, 4 Star Park and Rose Awards. What better place could you select for your own holiday home?

Owning a quality static mobile home at Bovisand

It’s surprisingly affordable to purchase one of the used static mobile holiday homes and each privately owned property comes with its own fenced garden, use of the indoor swimming pool and enjoyment of the surrounding grounds as well as direct access to the beach and coastal foot paths. There’s no clubhouse or organised entertainment so you’re guaranteed a quieter location than many other parks, where you can enjoy some quality time in a peaceful natural environment.

Your property will be the perfect home from home and with a long open season from 1st February to 31st October, there’s plenty of time to enjoy those family holidays.

Enjoying the holiday home lifestyle

There are many advantages to buying your own mobile home and you’ll always have peace of mind knowing that the Hart family live on site, ensuring Bovisand is a safe and friendly community, where owners can enjoy a quieter pace of life, whenever you choose to arrive. There’s no commercial sub letting of the mobile homes which means that you’ll always know your neighbours.

Call Candice Hart on 01752 403554 or pop in for a chat. There is no salesman, just a real family to talk to about your future holiday home.

How much does a mobile home cost?
A mobile home can cost from as little or as much as your budget allows. The cost does depend on the size, age and condition of the property.  In general the newer the mobile home, the more you will pay. Most owners like to purchase newer properties to ensure that they maximise the life of the mobile home.

How long can I keep my mobile home at Bovisand?
Mobile homes may stay at Bovisand until they are 15 years old with a possible yearly extension to 20 years.

Can I sell my mobile home?
Yes, owners wishing to sell should notify Bovisand Lodge Estate in writing. Sales are conducted through Bovisand Lodge Estate with the seller paying a 15% commission to the company if sold privately. Most owners do decide to sell the caravan to Bovisand Lodge Estate rather than sell it privately.

Can I sublet my mobile home/caravan?
No, commercial subletting is not allowed but family and friends may use the property.

Is there a set of park rules?
Yes, there is a set of Park Rules and a set of By-Laws for all owners and visitors to the Park. They are simple and sensible rules to ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay. Details will be provided as part of the sale process.
