Great stay at Rennie Apartment, Bovisand We booked a short break in the Rennie Apartment at Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautifully presented and equipped and very comfortable, with sea views and only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Fab beach break with toddler Me, my husband and our 21 month old have just spent the best week in a 2 bed caravan at Bovisand Holiday Park. Best bits: - Caravan was homely and spotlessly clean - Right on a sandy cove beach, protected from the wind, with warm swells in the sea. At low tide, rock pools were perfect for our little boy to explore - Quality indoor swimming pool, billable in 50 min slots - Fantastic park…chickens and goats which you can feed are an added bonus - Walking distance to Cliff Edge Cafe (really great food), Bovisand Beach Cafe (for views and ice creams), and gastro pub the Mussel (fab food and lovely play area) - Driving distance to several great days out for children (Woodlands and Pennywell highly recommended) We would highly recommend this holiday park to families who like peaceful, quality accommodation in a rural setting that’s close enough to local attractions for rainy days out. So delighted with this place. Will definitely be returning!

A hidden gem! The fact that we returned within four weeks speaks for itself. I can’t get enough of the place. The peace and tranquillity is unrivaled and that is what this hidden gem of a location prides itself on. There is no club house and no on-site shop, just total relaxation, not to mention the beautiful beach just a five minute walk away. The accommodation is spotlessly clean with all cutlery and utensils etc laid out in military fashion. The water pressure in the lodge or caravan shower is amazing, far better than my one at home! You can quite happily be left to keep yourself to yourself or just pass the time of day with other residents. If you truly want to get away from it all in a luxury caravan or lodge, this must surely be the place to do it. Definitely five stars from me.

First time staying here. Definitely will be back. The accommodation is superb, clean and well laid out to maximise the space. 3 adults and 3 kids in our caravan and we don't feel even a little cramped. The location is great, with a nearby ferry to the Barbican (a brief walk to the city centre and the famous Plymouth Hoe from the Barbican.) Facilities like the pool etc are great and the accommodation is a short walk to a lovely beach. The staff are friendly and helpful and my son loves feeding the free ranging chickens, that come right up to the van door looking for food. All in all a lovely place for a family break.

We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the park and even though we had some reservations of staying in a static home – we cannot speak more highly of the accommodation you provide. We were warmly welcomed by everyone in the park, by staff, visitors and residents alike.

Many Many thanks for a super holiday at Bovisand. We were of course blessed with good weather, but we were so impressed with the site, the standard of the caravans and the lovely pool. It was great to be so close to the beach as well. Everything we could have wished for all contributed to making a great holiday and we’d certainly like to come back one day

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for a fantastic holiday. My family and I visited a couple of weeks ago for a week. We all had a fantastic time and it was truly marvellous to be able to let the children play outside the caravan without the worry of them getting squished by car, and that the beach really was just a 2 min walk away.

Dear Bovisand, We stayed at your holiday estate in the 1st week of August and I just wanted to say what a lovely, clean and tidy estate it was. On arrival the service we had was amazing and the caravans absolutely spotless.

Fabulous location. Mobile home immaculate, spotless, beautifully appointed and perfectly equipped. Place is a hidden gem! Kids loved the beach, pool and play area. Everything worked. Perfect.

We just wanted to say what a really nice time we had last week, staying at Bovisand Lodge Estate. The campsite was so well maintained and had everything we needed.
